Frequently Asked Questions

 Will we need to bring bedding and etc.?

Beds will be made up for you but if you prefer to bring your own bedding please feel free to do so.  We are asking our guests to please wash and dry our bedding before checking out.  Yes, there is a washer and dryer with supplies for your use.   Beach towels are provided as well as bathroom linens.  Also we provide paper products and basic kitchen supplies such as flour, sugar, etc..

 Is there a dishwasher?

Yes, the lodge has a fully equipped kitchen which has a microwave, stove, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, dishes, utensils, etc..

 Can we smoke inside the lodge?

The Mee Too Lodge is a non-smoking building, but there is a screened in porch to use for smoking.

 Is there a television set?

Yes, there are two televisions with cable.  Also, both are equipped with VCR and DVD units.  There are a variety of movies that range from G-rated to R-rated. 

 Where can we launch our boat?

The boat launch is about a mile from the lodge.  Big Island Lake is an all sports lake with great fishing.


 Can we bring our pets?

No.  Animals are not allowed at Mee Too Lodge.

 Where can we buy our groceries?

Within 15 minutes you can be at Neiman's or the Super Wal-Mart in Tawas City.  Also there are small grocery/party stores in the Sand Lake Area.
